Ligamed® Australasia Pty Ltd is the exclusive importer and distributor for all medical products produced by Ligamed® Gmbh, the German parent company, within the Asian Pacific region. Included in it’s product list are the unique wound dressings Ligasano® (White) and Ligasano® (Green).
Ligamed® Australasia Pty Ltd was formed in early 2009 to provide the Ligasano® opportunity to Australasia. There are close ties with Germany and plans are in place to follow the parent company’s footsteps and implement systems to enable ISO9002 QA systems as soon as possible.
Our Managing Director, Jason Bolton, leads a dynamic team making up Ligamed® Australasia Pty Ltd. With over 20 years’ experience with Ligasano® wound healing capability, having been involved with the setup of Ligasano® distribution in Africa.
Ligamed® Gmbh (Germany) was formed in 1992 to distribute and market Ligasano® globally. Ligasano® is currently distributed in 16 countries throughout Europe, Africa and Australasian Region. Ligamed® Germany has EN ISO9001 and DIN EN ISO13485:2007 listings as part of the Medical Device Directive 93/42/EEC, annex II, section 3
