First, explore direction and depth of the wound in order to determine the bottom of the wound.
Completely fill out the wound by means of slight compression with the sterile Ligasano® White wound strip.
The wound strip should assume a zigzag pattern in the wound.
Generously cover the wound area with 2-4cm thick Ligasano® White for local promotion of blood-flow.
Air permeable fixation.
Almost no friction is generated when extracting the strip from the wound.
Changing wound dressing is quick and easy. A premature, superficial closure of the wound will be prevented.
